Winncom Technologies LTE Network Support will remotely assist customers with all aspects of their network including the following:

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

- Scheduled or on-the spot (if available)

- Scheduled will have dedicated time

- Networking and Networking equipment

- Evolved Packet Core

- Network Manager(s)

- Monitoring Software -Limited support based upon the software

- Billing Software - Limited support on billing software

- All RAN (Radio Access Network) Gear

- All CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) - Including customer in home network or Wi-Fi as needed

- Integration of new software on customer network
